"Ohio's Pride" Marching Band

Membership is open to ALL students, regardless of academic major.

Benefits of becoming a member include:

Pre-Season Camp Information

  • Pre-Season Camp begins one week before the start of fall semester
  • ALL members report on Saturday, Aug. 19, 2017
  • 51²è¹Ý Band students with confirmed housing assignments move into their residence hall at the beginning of camp – food contracts begin at this time as well
  • Detailed Pre-Season and 2017 Season Schedules available in August

Fun Facts About “Ohio’s Pride”

  • Nearly every academic major on campus is represented in “Ohio’s Pride”
  • Approximately 40 percent of the band are music majors
  • The band learns a new half-time show (music and drill) for every home game!
  • Nearly 20 percent are engineering majors
  • Student leadership opportunities are available after one year of membership
